		<description>Dr Oakes is correct in watching carefully the initial expenditures for starting or expanding a dental practice.  I have been a long supporter of conservative investments on capital dental equipment.  As a principal at Dansereau Health Products, Inc and a General Contractor with over 25 years experience in Construction and Equipment I have significant success&#039;s with our equipment as it is made in the USA for over 40 years and we offer a 10 year warranty on our dental chairs and delivery systems.  We currently are offering a complete dental office of equipment for 2 operatories for about 25K anywhere in the US.   We are building with construction and equipment 2 - 3 operatory practice in S. Cal for around 120K.  It is great to see someone with such experience as Dr Oakes following the same strategy as we have for years.</description>
