Lab Vibrator

A dental lab vibrator is a device used when materials that need mixing are involved most commonly dental stones used in the formation of stone dental casts. The vibrating top shakes the mixed material to remove air bubbles and prevent the formation of pores and notches in the final stone cast which could obscure important clinical information. The entire device is mounted on rubber feet to prevent movement during vibration. Vibrators can also be used to mix materials such as impression alginate.
