As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, nation and world, we wanted to answer any questions you may have. We remain passionate about the dental and healthcare industry and our customers during this challenging and uncertain time. 

DuraPro Health is greatly concerned about the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and the communities we work in. We strive to ensure everyone’s safety while continuing to offer affordable supplies, equipment, service, and support our customers depend on. 

Q: What is the CARES ACT Enhanced Provider Relief Fund (Updated July 2020)? 

A: Now through July 24th, 2020 this fund is open to dentists that were ineligible to receive funding previously . The purpose of this fund is to replace lost revenue directly caused by COVID-19. Dentists that are eligible can receive funds equal to 2% of their reported patient revenue.  Applications should be made via the Enhanced Provider Relief Fund Portal.

Q: Are you still accepting orders?

A: Yes, we are still accepting online orders or telephone orders by speaking with our knowledgeable sales consultants.   



Q: How are you minimizing the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in your facilities?

A: We are closely monitoring and practicing the guidelines from public health organizations, the CDC, and from our state and local governments. Our facilities are taking strict preventive measures to minimize any potential spread of the virus.   



Q: Will my order be on time?

A: We will do our best to deliver your order on schedule - based on your delivery requirement and our staffing and shipping resources. We will continue to follow applicable government orders based on both our locations and respond swiftly to keep you informed and make any needed changes. 



Q: Will product or shipping prices change? 

A: At this critical time, we are all in this together!  We will not take unfair advantage of our customers in this situation. Our quality products and shipping charges will remain at the same affordable prices. 



PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) - SHORTAGES AND COVID-19

While many healthcare offices have been experiencing operational challenges for many weeks, the supply chain has been facing new pressures and changes as numerous factors have impacted PPE stock, pricing, and shipments.

  • Skyrocketing Demand:  Many additional healthcare workers and the general public have created extreme demand.

  • Limitations on Supply:  PPE products that may have been sourced overseas now face labor issues.

  • Freight Costs:  Imported items are often airfreighted into the USA with limited availability and capacity.

  • Shipments and Backorders:   Varying work and travel restrictions have impacted most schedules.

  • Non-Cancellable / Non-Returnable PPE Items:   This facilitates an adequate supply to many more healthcare workers.
