This Flat Bench is the ultimate in versatile and a must-have for those serious about getting in shape and reaching their fitness goals. Why? Core-strengthening for starters. The wide variety of core exercises the Bench enables is mind-boggling. Sit-ups, crunches, reverse crunches, reverse curls, incline leg raises and Russian twists are just a few of the core exercises possible. Adding a weight plate or dumbbells to any of these expands functionality and increases difficulty and effectiveness. Then there are push-ups, angled push-ups and work with dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls and other suitable equipment. The list of exercise possibilities is nearly endless. Please note this is the Flat Bench only. Weight bars, weight plates, dumbbells and all other accessories are available separately. The tripod-designed base provides terrific stability and unobstructed foot placements. Frame is constructed of attractive 2" x 4" flat oval tubing.
